Delivery

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging and affected items where applicable to help us investigate the issue.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and carrier policies.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

International orders may be delayed by customs processing, which is outside our control.
